Forged in Colorado with western influences and a shared appreciation for the Laurel Canyon music scene, Marfa delivers an unmistakably authentic Americana-Rock sound that is as familiar as your favourite pair of jeans and as fresh as the morning Rocky Mountain air. The duo (Bryce Menchaca and Kellen Wall) first introduced their classic-meets-contemporary musical style through their debut track “66,” produced by GRAMMY Award winner Nick Waterhouse (Leon Bridges, Jon Batiste) and recorded at Los Angeles’ legendary EastWest Studios, the same room that gave life to Pet Sounds and California Dreamin’. 

Recently named “Best Breakout Folk Duo” in Westword’s Best of Denver 2025 issue, Marfa is quickly emerging as one of Americana’s most compelling new acts.
