  1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Spin To Win Prize Draw (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Festival Republic Limited (“Our”, "Us" and "We").

  4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:

    a) resident in the United Kingdom;

    b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;

    c) at least 16 years old

  5. To enter the Prize Promotion, enter your name and email address into our form (linked above) and subscribe to the State Fayre festival marketing newsletter.

  6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Friday 29th May 2026 at midday and end on Friday 5th June 2026 at midnight.

  7. There are 8 prizes available:

    a) Unique code for 2-4-1 State Fayre GA Weekend tickets (50 prizes)

    b) Unique code for 2-4-1 State Fayre GA Friday tickets (50 prizes)

    c) Unique code for 2-4-1 State Fayre GA Saturday tickets (500 prizes)

    d) Unique code for 2-4-1 State Fayre GA Sunday tickets (500 prizes)

    e) Unique code for 2 complimentary State Fayre GA Weekend tickets (50 prizes)

    f) VIP Lounge Upgrade for 2 at State Fayre (100 prizes)

    g) Free Merch Bundle to be collected at State Fayre (10 prizes)

(each a "Prize").

  1. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified automatically via the above link on entry and advised on how to collect the Prize.

  2. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

  3. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  4. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.

  5. We will process your personal information for the purposes of entering you into the Prize Promotion and subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy.

  6. We reserve the right to:

    (i) increase the number of Prizes available during the Prize Promotion period. Any additional prizes will be communicated via the promotion landing page; and

    (ii) extend the Promotion closing date where reasonably necessary due to operational, technical, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any revised closing date will be clearly communicated to participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
